How it works

STEP 01

Post

A founder lists their project, scope, milestones, and payment method.

STEP 02

Apply

Students browse a project board scoped to their own campus and apply with a short proposal.

STEP 03

Agree

The founder sends an offer, and both sides sign one standard agreement on the platform.

STEP 04

Build

Milestones are logged as the work happens. The founder approves each one, or sends it back with notes.

STEP 05

Get paid

Cash is released as each milestone is approved. Equity vests. Credit goes to the faculty sponsor to award.

Three ways to pay

Cash

Funded up front and held by a licensed third-party payment provider. Released to the student as each milestone is approved, with a 14-day automatic approval clock.

Equity

A restricted stock purchase agreement. The shares vest per milestone at one price, set from the company’s valuation when the offer is made. The startup issues them directly. We take no cut.

Course credit

Optional, and only where a faculty member chooses to sponsor the project. Faculty set the scope and grade the work. The platform never awards credit.

The university stays in control

You set the terms.

Before launch the campus decides which services are on: cash, equity, the credit option, designated users. Any of them can be switched off at any time.

You can see everything.

The console shows every engagement on campus, with reports on demand. Nothing involving your students is hidden.

You can end it.

Ask for an export or a deletion at any point, and it happens. Your data is yours.

Common questions

Do you take equity in my company?

No. The startup issues equity directly to the student under its own agreement. We take no cut and never hold shares.

Do you review the agreements for me?

No. The agreements are standard templates that both sides read before signing. Bring your own counsel for your own situation.

Who can join?

Anyone with a campus email at a university that runs the platform, and up to 100 people the university designates. You must be 18 or older to sign an agreement.

Is it live?

Yes. Our pilot program begins in the spring of 2027. Schedule a demo today to see the platform.
